I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on a new vehicle, and I ultimately ended up at Kia Pride. I absolutely loved the car, but what really made the experience stand out was Carlos. He went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood the vehicle and how everything worked. I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on a new vehicle, and I ultimately ended up at Kia Pride. I absolutely loved the car, but what really made the experience stand out was Carlos. I made an appointment for service a week from my phone call. When I arrived I was told that service technicians were not available and if I left my car it would be two weeks or more before it was even evaluated. OUTRAGEOUS. Why a phone call was not made is incomprehensible. And if service is not available why would service appointments be accepted?

Took my nephew there today to buy his first car. Our sales guys name was Ish. One of the nicest guys ever. Did everything to make this deal happen. It was kinda tough negotiating with his manager. There were fees that shouldn't have been on there. Read everything, trust me. Dealerships are not your friends. They will do anything to maximize their profits, including ad bogus fees that most people overlook or just don't know about. Took my nephew there today to buy his first car. Our sales guys name was Ish. One of the nicest guys ever. Did everything to make this deal happen. It was kinda tough negotiating with his manager. There were fees that shouldn't have been on there. Read everything, trust me. Dealerships are not your friends. They will do anything to maximize their profits, including ad bogus fees that most people overlook or just don't know about. Don't know the managers name but I definitely know he didn't want to work out that deal because he let us walk out for $300 dollars, told him he'd lose future business and he wasted about 2-3 hours of everyone's time. All that negotiations for nothing. Then in the end the manager changed up the deal and make it look like the new proposal was better, but he made worse hoping we didn't figure it out. Which would have made them a few thousand more than the original deal! See dealerships get most people who don't do any research before hand. They probably only get a few who now how to deal with them. That's when I shook Ish's hand and said sorry it didn't work out. Very sad because not only was the deal lost for us but Ish who worked hard for us. But the final say is always the manager. He controls everything. I can't see his salesman staying at a job where their managers are blowing deals for $300! For that no one wins. And he should know there's plenty of other guys who will give you a better deal. And guess what? The next place was a dream to work with, no haggling just straight forward no BS. We drove away in a new car for less money and a huge difference in our APR. Oh yeah dealerships make money on everything they do. Do your research before you go shopping. Thank you Ish for fighting for us today. You sir should be at a place that promotes deals. Not blow them for peanuts.

The vehicle has approximately 37,000 miles, yet it continues to experience severe shaking when driven over 25 mph, and the check engine light has once again come on. My experience with Pride Kia in Lynnway, Massachusetts, has been incredibly frustrating. This is now the sixth time the vehicle has been brought in for the same recurring mechanical issue, and the problem remains unresolved. The vehicle has approximately 37,000 miles, yet it continues to experience severe shaking when driven over 25 mph, and the check engine light has once again come on. At this point, the vehicle must be towed to the dealership because it is no longer safe to drive. Six service visits for the same issue is absolutely unacceptable. A vehicle with this mileage should not be experiencing repeated mechanical problems without a lasting resolution. The ongoing situation has caused significant inconvenience, including having to take time away from work to deal with yet another service appointment and towing arrangements. I am not interested in another temporary fix or being told to simply bring the vehicle back again. The dealership has had multiple opportunities to resolve this issue, and the vehicle remains unreliable. I am now seeking answers directly from dealership leadership regarding what options are available beyond another repair. Customers deserve accountability, transparency, and a meaningful resolution when a vehicle continues to experience the same serious mechanical issues. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Pride Kia to do their research and carefully consider their experience with the dealership's handling of ongoing mechanical problems. Six visits. The same issue. No lasting resolution. This is unacceptable.
