Came in for a quick oil change. No appointment. When I walked in the gentleman “ant” looked like he had a lot going on, customers, and papers everywhere. He took me in a very timely manner, showed no signs of stress, had a big smile on his face and still got me out in 45 minutes. Never had such great customer service in any service department I went to. YOU HAVE ME FOR LIFE! THEY WASHED MY CAR FREE TOO
The dealership is fine, they have a good selection, they weren't overly pushy as I was comparing vehicles in the parking lot, and gave me space to contemplate. I didn't know this review site was available so I'm referencing an interaction from a few months ago.

Stephanie was able to get my Niro EV in for the repair of its A/C unit right away. The EV tech who also did the 45K mile Inspection and Replacement maintenance service finished those tasks quickly and as requested.
I pulled up, and Ant Antonio was outside promptly to take care of me. He had a big smile on his face and made sure all my concerns were taken care of! Will be back!

After a difficult experience with a local Kia dealer (which Kia headquarters has since addressed and offered a goodwill settlement) I took my car to Pride Kia of Lynn and from the outset I felt in excellent hands. My wife and I had to purchase another KIA as our 2024 Telluride X-Line X-Pro was t boned by an 18 year old kid that was on the lower end on the IQ scale. Bought vehicle early in February, the power window switch on drive side for front seat passenger window didn’t work correctly. I could push button to lower window. However, the button wouldn’t allow window to close.
Therefore I would need to use the button on passenger side to close window.

I was nervous at first. I had a bad experience with dealerships before but I was desperate. My car was literally stopping in the middle of driving while I waited at an intersection. I've been at different dealerships and these people are great. I had a service done on my kia Sorento last week and they did the great job. From the strat, Stephanie talked to me when I called the first time and she was calm and explained everything to me and offered some options and worked with me to deal with multiple issues. Made an appointment for oil change first thing in the morning. Didn’t have to wait all day for car to be ready. It was ready within an hour. Also got a complimentary car wash. AWESOME SERVICE!
I had a fantastic experience with Kia in Lynn. I misread the text of the appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I had a tire that was not usable and the service department was able to replace the tire within an hour or so. On top of that, they checked in consistently to make sure I was updated throughout the process!

Tobias Pimentel and the whole team were great to work with. They helped me get a fair price for my trade-in and new Sorento, and the entire experience was simple and friendly. Overall, there is room for improvement in some aspects but the whole experience was mostly positive. The car I purchased was not cleaned with any detail before it was ready to drive off, lots of dust and smudges still present, but a small oversight. Thank you, Pride Kia. Had a 2pm appointment I showed up for a half hour early and Stephanie came out and met me in in the lot before I had even walked away from my parking spot. They got me right in and did the quickest oil change I’ve gotten at a dealership service center and even let me know mice had built a nest in my air filter lol (had that changed too) based on this service I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Pride Kia really helped me sort my car issues. My Kia soul was having issues starting, and after taking it to several other mechanics I took it to Pride Kia, they performed an inspection and were able to diagnose the issue, which was very extensive due to poor work done by a previous mechanic. They were clear and upfront about the issues and what it would take to make the repair.
From the moment I stepped in to purchase a new vehicle, I was greeted & shown all the details what to expect. Ant that works at pride was new but worked as a veteran in the industry, answered every question and was very helpful. Overall the experience was smooth and over a course of just two days, I’m already in my new vehicle. Would certainly recommend them in the future
