Sales was nice but closing the deal wasn’t easy. Paperwork was not sent to insurance company for stamp, car has no sticker or registration as of driving off the lot and not another trip to Lynn is needed to accomplish the final closing.

The level of service is incredible, compared to other repair and service options. The staff is friendly and helpful, the mechanics do great work (never had to bring my car back after a service for something the mechanic screwed up), and I was even offered a free ride home when I dropped off my car for a recall service. Considering that all this happened during a pandemic, the level of service is quite remarkable.
